BIODIAGNOSTICS EXPANDS OWNERSHIP

RIVER FALLS, Wisc. (July 27, 2007) -– BioDiagnostics, Inc., (BDI) a leader in genetic purity and standard germination seed testing, announces that Denise Thiede, Ph.D. and Craig Nelson, have
acquired ownership interest in BioDiagnostics, Inc. Quentin Schultz remains majority shareholder and will maintain his position as president.

Denise Thiede joined BDI in 2002, and is manager of Analytical Chemistry, ELISA, and Standard Seed Testing Labs. Thiede has a Ph.D. from Michigan State University in Evolutionary Plant Biology and is a Registered Genetic Technologist. Prior to joining BDI,
Thiede conducted post doctoral research at University of California Davis and University of Pittsburgh, both funded by The National Science Foundation.


Craig Nelson joined BDI in 2002 and is manager of Electrophoresis Technologies. Nelson has a Masters of Science in Agronomy from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelors of Science in
Agricultural Economics from Purdue University. A Certified Crop Advisor, Nelson has worked within the seed industry since 1990 in various agronomy positions for Agrigenetics and Mycogen Seeds.
